Vineyard:
Vineyards are located in an area with a gentle slope and belong 100% to us. The pruning system for these vines is the Goblet system, and they are over 50 years of age. The estate starts at 550m and goes up to 650m
Soil:
Deep fluvial soils with granite sands and clay.
Production:
After a thorough monitoring of the grape, we start the harvest by hand, trying to reduce the time between the harvest and the arrival of the grapes at the winery.
Yield:
Less than 5.000 Kg./Ha.
Alcoholic Fermentation:
It is done with a strict temperature and pump-over control, to get the best of the varieties.
Bottling process:
After the time and rackings needed for the natural clarification, we bottle the wine using the most modern process in order to prevent any quality loss. Then they will rest in the bottling cellar for a certain period of time until we put it on the market.
Number of bottles produced:
4.000 bottles 750 ml.
