It is the place where we carry out the second selection control of the grape before being processed. There are 12 stainless steel tanks in this plant, each with a capacity of between 18.000 to 1.000 litres, designed to suit the winery needs, so we can deal with the parcels and numerous “Leiros” separately.

The plant is equipped with the most modern technology to produce quality wines, using resources and processes respectful with the raw materials and environmentally friendly.
